Appointments:

We believe our clients are our best form of advertising, and to provide you with the best service we request that you allow an appropriate amount of time for your appointment.  Clients who are more than fifteen minutes late will be rescheduled out of respect for our other clients and their appointment time.

Appointments are confirmed the day before by your choice of text message, Email or phone call.  On your first visit to us we will kindly ask you to fill in a new customer form with these details.  If your contact details change we request you inform us at the soonest possible time so we can still offer you this service.

If you would like to book your own appointment you can do so through our web booking.  Click on bookings, follow the easy instructions and choose your day, time, service and stylist.  Any time day or night you can on online and book we will send you a confirmation email, txt or phone call to confirm.  So appointments can be made 24/7 for your convenience!

Adequate notice of cancellations is asked as a charge may apply for missed appointments.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards as well as EFTPOS transactions.

Client Loyalty

Fusion offers a loyalty card reward system.  A stamp is earned following each visit, once 10 stamps are accumulated you are rewarded $10 off your next service.  Along with this we offer recommend-a-friend cards, gift vouchers, salon evenings and a complimentary blow wave service on your birthday.

Quotes & Consultations

We will gladly provide you a quote and advise you of your haircare wants and needs with a consultation at no charge.

Products

We exclusively stock and sell Schwarzkopf Professional  products.  We are stockist of Cloud Nine hair straightners and offer a lay-by service for these.

Guarantee

We welcome client feed back and by doing this we are learning and continuing to improve and update our skills and knowledge.  In saying this we guarantee our work and – providing you are using Schwarzkopf Professional or other salon exclusive products – we will happily discuss and together come to a solution for any concerns.  We love our Schwarzkopf Professional  home hair care and styling products, but if you don’t like what we have recommended please bring it back and we will exchange it for another.

Cinderella Hair Extensions

We offer Cinderella Hair Extensions which are 100 % human hair, and which are bonded to the hair strand by strand.  We have a huge range of colours to match every head available in different lengths and straight or wavy.  We offer consultations at no charge to discuss your needs.

Xpoze Spray Tanning

We offer Xpoze natural tanning which is the best spray tan on the market.  It provides you with the most natural colour with absolutely no orange overtones, dries almost instantly, has a bronzer to prevent any streaks and is odourless.

Wedding Packages

We offer special Wedding Packages to cater for the whole wedding party and relatives.  We can tailor a package to suit including hair, make-up and spray tans.  It is a very special time for the bride and we like to meet you well before the big day to talk about your wants and to have a practice run.  In our special colour area we can set up to cater for the wedding party to have your own private space.  We offer complimentary nibbles and drinks for the day.

Children Services

We welcome children and enjoy making them feel special.  At Fusion we want children to have fun getting their hair done and to make it stress free for the parents.  We will put products in their hair, will put girls’ hair up after a cut in a complimentary hair-up style with glitter and they leave with a treat!
